By accessing or using ThaPanha Book ("the Service"), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Account Registration
You may register using your email and password or via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3. Intellectual Property & Content Usage
All books and digital content available on ThaPanha Book are protected by copyright law. Upon purchasing a book, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to read the content for your own private use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or publicly display any purchased content without prior written permission.
4. Purchases & Payments
All purchases are final. Refunds will only be issued if you are unable to access a purchased book due to a technical error on our part. Prices are displayed in USD or KHR and may be subject to change without notice.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) share your account credentials with others; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or extract any book content; (c) use automated tools to download or scrape content; (d) impersonate any person or entity; (e) upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
6. Privacy & Data
We collect your name, email address, and (if you sign in via Google) your profile picture solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to access purchased content may also be revoked.
8. Limitation of Liability
ThaPanha Book is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
